Description

If the System property tc.active is true, the sizing code is disabled, returning 0, even for non-Terracotta clustered caches. I have a fix that works with both TC-clustered and non-clustered caches.

So is this no longer a bug if DEV-4094 is fixed? We believe that Gary checked in fix for DEV-4094
